Paul Bratrude, CPA, M.S. Taxation
Paul has been a practicing CPA since 1985. He was born and raised in Washington State, and in 1983, he received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Washington State University, where he was also a member of the Delta Upsilon Fraternity. In 1990 Paul completed his Master of Science degree in Taxation at California State University Hayward.
Paul especially enjoys working with the small business client, providing assistance at all levels for their accounting and taxation needs.
Paul is a member of the AICPA and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce.
Victoria D Jones, CPA
Victoria is an accountant specializing in income tax preparation with over 25 years worth of experience. She has been a member of the firm since its inception.
In 1998, Victoria obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with an option in accounting, from California State University, Hayward. She graduated Summa Cum Laude, putting her in the top 1% of her graduating class. In November of that same year, she passed all parts of the uniform CPA exam with every score in excess of 90%.
Victoria uses her software expertise to help clients with their QuickbooksRquestions. She also specializes in out-of-state and multi-state tax issues, and financial statement preparation.
Frank W. Bohn, Retired
Frank W Bohn became a CPA in 1968.
During the Korean War, Frank enlisted in the U.S. Army. He served a full 3 year term (working primarily as an atomic bomb assembler), and received an Honorable Discharge. After the service, Frank earned his Bachelors Degree from San Jose State College in 1959.
Upon graduating, he was recruited, and subsequently hired, as an examination agent for the Internal Revenue Service, acquiring 3 years of invaluable knowledge.
Currently Frank is enjoying retirement and serving as the Treasurer for the Newark Golf Club, a position he has held for over 30 years. He is happiest when talking abut his latest golf game, major league baseball, and anything sports related.
